Berkeley Hotel
For this new construction LEED Gold project (set to be completed in 2020) I have lead the space planning, architectural design, and design development for both the public area and guest rooms. I have made FFE selections, written specifications, and managed the construction drawings and coordination with all disciplines involved (client, brand, architecture, MEP, lighting consultant, contractor).

For these images I built the custom furniture in Revit to help create a more realistic 3D of the room and Photoshopped a light color wash of the intended finishes on the elevations and floor plans to be used in presentations to the client.
